Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered within two weeks of a transaction and for the following reasons:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Incorrect purchases

Membership dues and conference fees will not be refunded.

If the above requirements are met, you can request a refund by the following process:

  • Create a “Support Request” stating the reason why you are seeking a refund.

When your refund request has been reviewed, you will be promptly contacted within 24 hours during normal business hours.
