Conference Information:

• Parking at the Downright Austin Hotel – is $30 flat rate.One hour to overnight. Please see the attached map and link for other options.
  Car-pooling is advised.
• Registration/Sign-In Schedule:
  o Wed, April 8th – 11:30 am
  o Thur, April 9th – 7:30 am
  o Fri, April 10th – 8:00 am
• Exhibitor Set Up:
  o Begins Wed, April 8th – 2:00 pm
  o Please be set up by Thur, April 9th – 9:00 am
  o Attend the Exhibitor Expo/Networking & Poster Event – Thur, April 9th evening
  o Take down – Friday, April 10th – midmorning.
  o Please see vendor list for table number/location
• Poster Set up:
  o Begins Wed, April 8th – 3:00 pm
  o Please be set up by Thur, April 9th – 10:00 am
  o Attend the Exhibitor Expo/Networking & Poster Event – Thur, April 9th evening
  o Take down – Friday, April 10th – midmorning
  o Posters will be numbered/arranged according to a master list.
  o Posters must be able to sit on an easel.
• Public Health Development Presenters:
  o Please arrive at your designated room at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time – with presentation on USB Drive
  o The fabulous TACCHO IT team will be there to assist you
• Featured General Session Speakers
  o Assure your presentation was previously sent to TACCHO
  o Be on time for your scheduled presentation
  o You will be introduced by a TACCHO Member
  o A timer will assist you in staying within your time limits
  o Be prepared for QA at the end of your session
• Exhibitor Expo/Networking & Poster Event – Thur, April 9th 5:15 pm – 7:15 pm
  o Visit the outstanding Exhibitors
  o Network with public health peers
  o Enjoy beverages and gourmet snacks
  o VOTE for your favorite Student, LHD, and Faculty Poster
