PHAB Awards National Public Health Accreditation to Texas LHDs!

PHAB is a nonprofit, non-governmental Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) that awards national accreditation status to more health departments across the nation.   Accreditation formally recognizes that a health department has demonstrated the capacity and commitment to improve the conditions in which the community can be healthy.
