Amy Fagan, MPA, Director – Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health District

Amy Fagan is the Director of Health at the Wichita Falls - Wichita County Public Health District. She has a Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) degree from Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin, and her Master’s in Public Administration from Midwestern State University. She has been with the City of Wichita Falls since 1999 and chairs several committees.  She is a member of several organizations and serves as the Vice-President of the Texas Association of Municipal Health Officials (TAMHO), a Texas Municipal League (TML) affiliate.
